What is your role in your non-profit organization? Whether you are paid or volunteer staff, whether you are a gift planner, development officer or stewardship team member, why not provide your financial supporters the opportunity to make a charitable gift to your organization when they buy or sell a home? To take advantage of this opportunity, your donors will need access to essential information about your organization (including your federal tax identification number) and about the Charity Referrals program (including both a brochure and necessary forms).

We have worked hard to provide a simple, Three-Step Process for the Charity Referrals program:

  1. Promote the program

  2. Print and distribute the forms and brochure

  3. Receive the charitable gift at the close of the real estate transaction.

Venice Realty receives a fee only for this service. We do not make more if the sale is larger. For us, all transactions are treated the same.
